This workshop is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to instill a mentoring culture within their own TM clubs. Instilling a mentoring culture within a TM Club is the most effective way to enhance retention and has benefits across all aspects of club life.

This interactive workshop will be facilitated by experienced mentors. The workshop will examine the benefits of a club mentoring culture, the roles, responsibilities and benefits of mentors and mentees, and provide exposure to a number of mentoring best practices which will help clubs quickly and effectively develop/enhance club mentoring culture.

Will be hosted by Division A, the workshop is open to any TM from  outside of Division as well.
