It is important to have your guests and members experience a top-notch meeting. As clubs evolve, they find their own way of doing things, but sometimes we need to go back to basics, shake things up, or try something different. When a guest walks through our doors, we need to ensure that we help them feel welcome. Providing them with a guest kit is a great start. You can order guest packets from Toastmasters International, or create your own. Here are some popular items other clubs insert in the kit:

Welcome Kit

Once a guest becomes a member, we want to ensure that they feel like part of the team. We want to bring them up to speed as quickly as possible, feeling comfortable to take on new roles. They will need to spend some time chatting with your club’s onboarding team.
